  • 9.1.3.5 Identification of the purpose of the entry (Conditional):
    • The purpose of each input field that collects user information can be determined programmatically when:
    • The input field serves a purpose identified in the input purposes of the user interface components; and
    • The content is implemented using technologies that support identifying the expected meaning of input data in forms.

PROCEDIMENT D’ APLICACIÓ

Si un cop realitzada una sol·licitud d’informació accessible o queixa, aquesta hagués estat desestimada, no s’estigués d’acord amb la decisió adoptada, o la resposta no complís els requisits contemplats a l’article 12.5 del RD 1112/2018, la persona interessada podrà iniciar una reclamació. Igualment es podrà iniciar una reclamació en el cas de no haver obtingut resposta.
